Posy Party Quilt

My local quilt shop, Seasons of Home is hosting a quilt book club, it's a fun little club and right now they are making Jill Finley's Posy Party quilt from her new book Home Sweet Quilt.
Beth made this version of Posy Party and I machine quilted it for her. It's so cheery, I love it!
I had a lot of fun machine quilting little details on this quilt, and outlining the applique to really make it pop!
Beth used minky as the backing so the quilt is super snuggly and the quilting really shows on the back.

A few details..
Pattern is Posy Patch by Jill Finley of Jillily Studios and is available in her book, Home Sweet Quilt.
Book club is going on now at Seasons of Home in Midway, UT.
All of the machine quilting techniques used on this quilt are taught in my book, Beginner's Guide to Free-Motion Quilting.

  1. Fantastic!! Love the quilt and love the quilting!! I got to meet Jill Finley at the Cedar Quilt Retreat as she was the national teacher for it. She and her family are fantastic!! I was blown away by their round robin quilts they do among their family.
