Isn't that how the saying goes?Emily pieced this darling 9 patch quilt all from her grandfathers clothing, even his suits.

I love it!She asked me to machine quilt a very simple all over pattern to keep the quilting looking old.

So, stippling was the perfect fit! I love the final result! And I love the idea of using the old clothing.

I love the quilt...what an honor to a grandparent! It could be done with a grandmothers dresses also.
