GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED! WINNER HAS BEEN CONTACTED!
Every once in a while I take a little bit of time and piece something that I get to keep. This quilt was so much fun to make and I'm so excited to have something fun and kinda scrappy to go on my home this fall season.
I started with this fat quarter bundle from Fat Quarter Shop and then came across this darling pattern. The quilt pattern is so cute I knew it'd be the perfect quilt to use these orange fat quarters.
The pattern for this fun quilt is called Pumpkin Maze, and it can be found in the book, Start with Strips.
I used bits of every single one of the oranges that are in the bundle and then added in the white, black/grays, and greens.
I did film a little video of the quilting on this quilt while I had it on my Gammill machine. The quilting in the video is done with my Statler Stitcher. I felt like the fun spiderweb edge to edge pattern was perfect for this little quilt and I'm so happy with how it turned out.
My friends over at Fat Quarter Shop are giving one of you a free fat quarter bundle, you can check it out here.
