Sewing Summit {the time I spent there}

I had a crazy weekend this past weekend and because of that I wasn't able to spend as much time at The Sewing Summit as I wanted to, however, the time I spent there was AWESOME!Amy and Erin rocked the event!

On Saturday afternoon I had the opportunity of teaching a class, my "Raw Edge Starch Applique" method. I think there were about 50 ladies in my class.

I loved how happy everyone was, and I got to meet so many of my online friends, friends that I've quilted quilts for, friends that I'm in Bee groups with, new friends and friends from Moda Bake Shop.

I loved that the class was so "hands on" thanks to all of the sponsors that donated machines, thread, supplies and fabric for us to practice applique.

Thank you all!You made my crazy weekend finish off with a perfect night of sewing and chatting!Can't wait to see you all again!

The Sewing Summit

So, if you haven't heard about The Sewing Summit you are missing out!

It's 3 months from today and it's right here in Utah!

Downtown Salt Lake City! (super close to the airport for all of my non Utah friends)

Anyways!

I'm super excited about it because.......
