I'm excited to share with you a post today that's all about staying confident even when you're battling a cold sore. If you suffer from cold sores like I do, you know that it isn't easy to feel confident when you get one. With the first sign of a cold sore coming on I reach for Abreva® to get rid of it fast. Then I follow the following simple tips to help keep my confidence high!
* When the cold sore virus activates, it spreads from cell to cell.
*As soon as you apply Abreva®, it penetrates the skin and gets to work.
*Then, Abreva® blocks the virus, protecting healthy cells.
*When you use Abreva® at the first sign you can get rid of a cold sore in as little as 2 1/2 days!*
If you've ever been to Utah, you probably know that we can have some crazy dry, hot and cold weather. It's a joke here that you often need to turn the furnace on in the morning and the air conditioning on in the afternoon. Because of this some crazy things seem to happen to my skin, like cold sores. I'm always on the look out for the perfect product to help me get rid of the pesky things.
I spend a fair amount of my time teaching or in the public eye. Being in front of large groups of people is always so intimidating, but being in front of a group of people and being embarrassed about how I look takes things to a whole new place, a place where I don't like to visit. :)
I have decided that for me I need to do what’s best and take care of my body, I try to eat a healthy diet, I visit my local cross-fit gym at least four days a week, and try to get plenty of rest.
Whenever I go in front of a group, sadly I do have to admit I'm not always the most confident, but once I get a bit of positive reinforcement from others then my confidence is generally boosted through the roof and I am able to share what I have planned to share in a positive atmosphere.
What’s your favorite way to stay confident? Tell me in the comments for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card.
You could Knock out your cold sore in 2.5 days*. Only Abreva® can do it, when you treat at the first sign**. Try Abreva® Cream during your next cold sore! Click here to learn more about Abreva® cream.
*Median healing time 4.1 days. 25% of users healed in 2.5 days.

I have been lucky to not have cold sores; if i did, i would not care about it showing, i would however try to minimize it and its duration.
