Math Class - Cabin Fever: 20 Modern Log Cabin Quilts

Grab your stash, a couple of jelly rolls, or a bundle of Art Gallery Oval Elements, and have fun making this simple yet bold version of a modern Log Cabin quilt. This quilt features 2 1/2" strips, so it would be the perfect quilt for a solid-colored jelly roll combined with a couple of print jelly rolls.

Math class is another favorite quilt from our new book; Cabin Fever: 20 Modern Log Cabin Quilts. I really love this quilt, I love the simplicity of the quilt and I love it on this bed with the adorable pillows. There are patterns for every quilt in that adorable photo above in the book as well.

Kathleen and I made this quilt using Art Gallery Oval Elements, the fabrics are so soft and luscious. I just want to snuggle up in this quilt.
When I decided how to machine quilt this fun quilt I chose to go with an edge to edge pattern, I used our Rainbow digital pattern, I love the little bit of curvature that it added to a very geometric quilt.

I will be teaching this quilt along with Stacked Up and Incline at Quiltique in July
