Custom Machine Quilting by Natalia Bonner

A year or so I custom machine quilted a beautiful quilt for Lianne. She loved it, actually she loved it so much that she made a second version for her daughter, it's a wedding gift.

If you know me, you know that I have a hard time machine quilting two quilts exactly the same, I get bored with that, so of course I decided to quilt this one similar, but not exactly the same as her first quilt, you can check out the first one here.

If you look closely you can see that I divided the quilt in quarters and then quilted straight lines from there. It's a fun way to really add a subtle bit of interest to your machine quilting.

Thanks for letting me custom machine quilt your darling quilt Lianne!

  1. So pretty!! I love the way you changed up the ruler work in the plain squares to draw your eyes to the center. So cool!!
