Just One Star

The Moda staff and designers have created a new challenge. The challenge is to piece, quilt and bind 100 quilts in 100 days. These quilts will be donated to soldiers who have been injured in Iraq and Afganastan.
It's a pretty easy challenge to take part in. All you have to do is make Just One Star
Kathleen and I each made Just One Star and we'd like to invite you to make one as well.
I made a red star and Kathleen made a blue star.
Here is more information on the Just One Star challenge.

  7. I made two and mailed them a few weeks ago. I had never made blocks like that {I'm new to quilting} but they sure turned out cute and I was happy to be a small part of such an awesome project.
