Whole Wheat Pancakes ~ a free recipe

Whole Wheat Pancakes are one of my all time favorite breakfast foods. Growing up there were very few Saturday or Sunday mornings that I don't remember waking up to these. Now as an adult I like to make them almost every weekend as well!

Complete recipe below
1 cup whole wheat
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3 tsp baking powder

Blend in blender wheat and 1 cup milk for three minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk and blend for two additional minutes. Add salt, oil, eggs and blend in blender.

Cook and enjoy! Can also be made as waffles! YUM!

  2. I always make mine with whole wheat, makes a much better pancake. I also like to add banana or apple to them and top with homemade blueberry sauce.
