Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3 tsp baking powder
Blend in blender wheat and 1 cup milk for three minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk and blend for two additional minutes. Add salt, oil, eggs and blend in blender.

I always make mine with whole wheat, makes a much better pancake. I also like to add banana or apple to them and top with homemade blueberry sauce.
