Dazzle - Cabin Fever: 20 Modern Log Cabin Quilts

Pull your favorite scraps or an interesting fat quarter bundle to make this fabulous quilt. Fabric choice is key; be sure there is a lot of contrast between the dark and light fabrics to really make the pattern pop!

Another week has passed, so it's time to introduce you to another one of our new patterns from; Cabin Fever: 20 Modern Log Cabin Quilts.

Dazzle is a fun, scrappy twist on a traditional log-cabin style quilt. We made this fun quilt with a Simply Style by Vanessa Christensen for Moda Fabrics fat quarter bundle, but if you've got a stash, this is the perfect project to play with.

The pattern for Dazzle is written with instructions for three sizes:
Baby - 36"x36"
Throw - 60"x72"
Coverlet - 96"x96"

After the piecing was all complete I chose to machine quilt this quilt with an all over pattern. I used our Pebbles digital pantograph pattern and I love how it turned out. It's the perfect way to soften up this quilt.
For our quilt we used a Simply Style Fat Quarter bundle. Those are now hard to come by, but I think the Color Theory Fat Quarter Bundle would be a great choice as well.
