I told you I've been busy!

If you're not already chatting with me on Facebook or Twitter you're missing out on the fun! If you are you probably already know that the past few days I've been on a roll! In two days I quilted 4 and 1/2 quilts! Wahoo!

Of course I have to share them!

I quilted it a little differently than I quilted my quilt and I love how this one turned out!

Talkin' Tuesdays- answering a few questions!

Since tonight is our first official Talkin' Tuesdays I will answer a few questions before we get started.

1- Tonight's password will be Piecenquilt. 

2- Follow this link and then use piecenquilt as your password. (You are welcome to log in now and get a feel for the chat, I won't be on until 8:00pm MST) Please change the guest name to your name.

3- This will be a two hour chat, come and go as you'd please, about sewing, quilting, and fabrics. 

4- I will be the host and will be asking a few questions during the chat.

5- At the end of the chat I will be giving away a Fruitcake Layer Cake.

6- Please ask if you have any additional questions before we get started.

We got the boot!

Our time on So You Think You're Crafty has ended:(

Whitnee and I had so much fun participating in the contest and it was really fun to do more than sew! 

This past week's theme was Cultural, we chose to make a fabric Lei, since our family has spent a lot of time in Hawaii and having Luau's we thought that was the most appropriate for us! 

We went across the street to the lake and Whitnee posed for some pictures.

Then she even did a hula dance!

Simple Circles Table Runner

 Today I've got a new tutorial over @ Moda Bake Shop!

It's a table runner!

Change.

I'm one of those people who moves my furniture around about once a month. It always makes me feel revitalized! In my studio I don't have the capability to move things around much, mostly because I'm not strong enough to move my long arm.....:) So instead I've found it revitalizing to just switch the quilts that I have hanging on the walls. 

So this week I put this one up behind my long arm and I'm loving it! This is still one of my favorite quilts that I've ever made and it makes me so happy!

I also finished quilting that quilt you can see on the machine. 

All over circles, turned out really cute!

Now off to bed, I've got a big weekend ahead.

My brother is getting married.

I've got a new Moda Bake Shop tutorial to share.

The last few weeks on Tuesday nights I've gone online for a live chat. I've had so much fun doing so! Making new friends, learning from you and answering some questions.
