Lisa has made some adorable quilts lately! Remember the Cherry Quilt I shared the other day, that was hers too!
This one is called Mixing It Up, it's a pattern originally designed by Lori Holt of Bee In My Bonnet. I love this pattern.
I had so much fun machine quilting this quilt, I loved adding little details to the mixers, bowls and spatulas.
Lori Holt (designer of this pattern) will be teaching this adorable quilt in a hands-on class at Small Town Quilt Show - In a Big Town Way, this summer, June 26-28.
Hop over to the website to register for one of Lori's classes or trunk shows, she also recently announced that she's writing her second book, I'm sure her trunk shows are going to be fantastic! I can't wait to attend.
That is a really fun quilt and the quilting is perfect to show motion too.

Love it! So much fun and great bright colors. The different quilting designs in each block are just perfect. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun quilt. As always, your quilting really completes it in a fun and fancy way.
ReplyDeleteI am just getting ready to load this ….did you use mono on the mixers or just match the color thread? It is so cute! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteJust love this quilt! Beautiful quilting too!
