HMQS Quilt!

Remember back here when Kathleen and I re-made our design challenge quilt.

Well, it's done and turned in.

You can go to HMQS in Salt Lake to see the quilt.

From Small Beginnings come great things.

So, this is a design challenge.

We were given a fat quarter of each of these prints and you must use a noticeable amount of each fabric.

Then your quilt must have perimeter of less than 240".

So, this is the finished, second design challenge quilt.

On Saturday they will be auctioning it off for charity.

Here is the label.

I like to make my labels fit the quilt.

Sunday finish.

I don't usually quilt on Sundays, but, I've got some major deadlines coming up and I've got to get my customers quilts finished.

Well, this quilt was for my customers daughters' wedding.

My sweet customer wanted one similar to it for herself.

So this is what she made.

I just finished quilting it and I love it!

It's going to be hard to give this one away.

The quilt back.

I love the back, it shows the quilting very nicely.

Today, I am sewing, not quilting!
