Feathers

My sweet customer made this darling blue and yellow quilt. She asked me to quilt something in the solid yellow blocks to give it detail. 
Here is what I did.
I love how it turned out.

  17. Love it! I love pictures like this because the idea of quilting a quilt is so overwhelming and scary to me for some reason. Seeing quilting patterns in use like this makes it far easier for me to visualize how quilting can help add visual interest to the quilt itself. Thanks so much!
