Pinch me..... I don't think this is real....

I can't even begin to tell you how honored I am today.
I've been stalking my mailman for a few weeks now and today he finally delivered something besides bills.
He delivered the brand new issue of American Patchwork & Quilting
(even though the cover is ripped I'm still in la-la land, guess I'll have to go buy another copy :))

Kathleen and I designed this fun Wrapped In Red quilt and are so honored that it is featured on the cover of American Patchwork and Quiltling, pinch me please.

It's a pretty big quilt, I think it measures about 90"x90", I'm going to love snuggling up in this quilt during the holidays this year!

There she is, in all her glory!
Thanks so much American Patchwork & Quilting for sharing our quilt!

A few facts about Wrapped In Red quilt:
Kits, including the quilt top and binding are available at Seasons of Home.
Fabric in the quilt is Countdown To Christmas by Sweetwater for Moda Fabrics
(they are both pretty awesome companies!)
This quilt was designed and pieced by Kathleen and myself and I machine quilted it.

  27. My mom called me the other day and asked me if I had seen this breath-taking quilt on the cover. I said, 'oh, yes, I have been following her blog for ages'. My mom is 69 this year and wants to make this quilt. She called me last night a bit deflated though - asking if I thought it REALLY took that much fabric that it called for in the magazine. Does it really take that much fabric? I've never made a quilt that used that much fabric.........
