(even though the cover is ripped I'm still in la-la land, guess I'll have to go buy another copy :))
Kathleen and I designed this fun Wrapped In Red quilt and are so honored that it is featured on the cover of American Patchwork and Quiltling, pinch me please.
It's a pretty big quilt, I think it measures about 90"x90", I'm going to love snuggling up in this quilt during the holidays this year!
I SAW IT!! It' sitting on my desk at work right now. I was SO excited when I read who the designer was. And it was pretty funny...as I was flipping through it, and came across the photo, I thought to myself, "That looks like Natalia's quilting"...then I read who the designer was....YAY YOU!!!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!!!
Congrats, Maybe that means mine is in my Mailbox. I finally got my McCall's Quilting Nov/Dec Magazine at the Local Safeway. My Pic is on pg 14! I know exactly how you feel. Check it out...
Congrats!! I saw that cover earlier today on another blog and thought "what a beautiful quilt" Now it's even more beautiful knowing who created it!! Congrats cover ladies!!
Well, congratulations. I received my magazine this afternoon and I have to say....I love red and white....I love stars and I think this quilt is a winner. You did good.
Congrats to you both. I saw your post earlier and then the mailman brought me my own copy today! I might bring it to the summit and ask if you'll sign it!
My mom called me the other day and asked me if I had seen this breath-taking quilt on the cover. I said, 'oh, yes, I have been following her blog for ages'. My mom is 69 this year and wants to make this quilt. She called me last night a bit deflated though - asking if I thought it REALLY took that much fabric that it called for in the magazine. Does it really take that much fabric? I've never made a quilt that used that much fabric.........
Congrats! It's beautiful. I just got my copy last night, I'll have to take a closer look at it tonight :)
