Star Quilt {LeMoyne Star}

LeMoyne StarCutting:

From your background fabric you will cut 4- 3 1/2"x3 1/2" squares.From your background print, red print and blue print you will cut from each 4 - 3 7/8"x3 7/8" squares.

Draw a diagonal line across all of the red and blue squares.Now you will sew your squares together as shown in the image above, 1/4" on either side of the line you drew.Sew,2 red squares to blue squares2 red squares to background squares2 blue squares to background squares.After you have sewn the blocks cut all of them on the line.

Sew the blocks together as show in the image above.
