At Dusk Quilt - Edge to Edge Machine Quilting by Natalia Bonner

Barb made this beautiful At Dusk quilt. Barb loved how the original version of the quilt was quilted so she asked me to quilt her quilt like the original.

At Dusk is a free pattern designed by Erica Jackman for Robert Kaufman fabrics, visit the Robert Kaufman website for more details.

Because the quilt has an ombre feel going on Barb asked me to change thread colors, even though it's an edge to edge pattern, just to ensure that the thread would blend really nicely. This isn't something that I generally do on pantograph type patterns, but for this quilt I agree, it was the best and the quilting really does blend really nicely.
If you look closely at the image above you can see where I've changed thread colors.

Thanks for letting me machine quilt this beautiful quilt Barb!

I used Quilters Dream Batting and So Fine! thread by Superior Threads.
