Back to reality {I do love my reality}

Even though I've been home for three days now it's taken me until now to catch up on my sleep and get back into my "normal" routine.
I've been busy quilting and helping Kathleen piece her next McCalls Quilt Design Star challenge quilt, I can't wait until next week when I can share what she has created, it is beautiful!
Anyways, here are a few of the quilts that I've finished since I've been back.
A Buggy Barn Star Quilt and I machine quilted feathers over the whole quilt.
A Hushaby quilt and I machine quilted an all over design.
A cute Dick & Jane quilt that I machine quilted circles all over.
The back of this quilt really showed off the cute circles.
Today I am headed to Park City, UT to teach.
I always get so nervous before I teach, I told Kathleen that I'm just going to go without my glasses, then I won't be able to see anyone and maybe I won't get so nervous!

  2. You are SUCH an inspiration to me. Your quilting is spectacular and I love seeing all the pics of your work. And btw, the glasses trick actually DOES work. It was my method for singing in front of people for a very long time...just don't get Lasik :)

  4. I wish I could be there to see you teach! Maybe in a year when I move :) Oh, and can I make a request. When you get a minute, (tee hee hee) could you make a video on your machine quilting feathers. They are always so beautiful and I don't have the faintest idea of how I would even begin to do them.
