Super Simple White Chocolate Popcorn {a free recipe}

Can you believe I've cooked 3 times in the past week?
Okay maybe I've cooked a couple more times than that but trust me, it wasn't anything worth sharing ;)
My idea behind sharing these recipes is to make myself & my family eat at home more often. We eat out way too much so in blogging recipes I'm trying to help myself more than anything :)
So today, I'm sharing one of our favorite snacks. I love this one because it's sooooo quick.

Ingredients needed;
1 package Butter Flavored Microwave Popcorn
1 package Almond Bark, artificially flavored white chocolate

Microwave 1 package of popcorn, place in a freezer safe bowl.
Next, microwave on high for 1:30 two squares of white chocolate. Stirring every 30 seconds.
White chocolate should me smooth and creamy.
Drizzle over popped popcorn, then stir until all popcorn is covered.
Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
And there it is. Delicious White Chocolate Popcorn! YUMMO!

This is what happened behind the scenes as I was making the popcorn.
My 3yr old figured out how to open the pickle jar and eat pickles :)

Have a great weekend!

  2. Can I just say, there's rarely a good ending to the phrase "while my back was turned my three year old learned to......" but yours actually had a happy ending! Pickles are awesome. When I say that phrase it usually ends with "... learned to water the plants, a lot." or "... learned to overfeed the goldfish."
