Ann and her granddaughter made this darling quilt! I love when I hear that my customers are making quilts with their grand-kids, it just makes my little heart so happy!
Ann sent me this fun quilt and asked me to machine quilt it for her. She wanted an edge to edge pattern. Because the applique is just fused on, it wasn't held on by any stitching I knew that I needed to machine quilt a heavier pattern to really hold that applique down.
I chose to machine quilt this fun edge to edge swirl pattern. It just seems to fit perfectly with this fun quilt.
