Susan sent me this darling Elephant quilt and asked me to custom machine quilt it for her. It's a fun quilt for her new grand-baby!
When Susan sent me this fun quilt she told me that I could custom machine quilt it however I felt would fit best.
The quilt is darling and I really wanted to make the elephants pop. So, I machine quilted small swirls in the background and outlined the elephants, with a few little details to really bring them to life. Then I quilted a fun variation of an Orange Peel pattern in the patchwork sections of the quilt and swirls again in the top and bottom sections. I just love how it turned out.
