A First

Last night I attended the Salt Lake Modern Quilt guild for the first time.
 The Modern Quilt Guild
It was really fun. There are some AMAZINGLY talented ladies in that group.
I was so impressed by all of the little hexigons that they are making by hand.
The modern quilts.
I got to meet new friends and some customers.
I can't wait for the next meeting!

Some other fun things going on in blog land today.
Sew & Tell Fridays with Amy, this is always a great way to find some new blogs and see others' fun finishes.

Head on over to Sew What to see what tutorial Whitnee & I would like to be making right now!

Hope you all have a happy weekend!
Did you see what our weekend deal is?
It's Tweet Tweet by Keiki for Moda fabrics.
All yardage is on sale this weekend only!

AND last but not least tomorrow my husband is running a full marathon.
So, I will be spending a good part of the morning cheering him on!

  1. What fun! And good luck to your hubby tomorrow! I'll be drinking the BEST OJ EVER and (hopefully) selling scarves at the Orange muffin festival! Sorry I can't share the OJ with your & your hubby after he's done!
