EQ6

I bought EQ6 almost a year ago.
I tried it out, did the lessons in the book.
Didn't get it. :(
Yesterday I decided to install it on my laptop and give it another try.
Something clicked.
I've been playing all morning.

I AM IN LOVE!
I've already drawn up 4 quilts that were on my mind.
Now, if I can just figure out how to add applique to my designs I'll be one happy camper!

If you have any EQ tips I'd love to know.

P.S. I did finish machine quilting the new tutorial quilt. See a sneek peak here.

  1. I have that happen too, sometimes I just can't get it and then I go back and everything falls into place. I have quilt pro for macs, still haven't used it much.

  3. I've used EQ since ver 3 I think. I barely use it anymore, but I'll still use it for a really quick measurement or what have you.

They have some really good tutorials and getting started videos, it may pay to go through those. And I'll bet you there's a WORLD of blogs out there with lots of EQ folks!
