Today's BASICS quilt block tutorial is the Snowball Quilt Block.
To make a 6" block you will need to cut the following fabrics:
White fabric
1- 6 1/2"x6 1/2" square
Gray fabric
4- 2"x2" squares
To make a 9" block you will need to cut the following fabrics:
White fabric
1- 9 1/2"x9 1/2 square
Blue fabric
4- 2 1/2"x2 1/2" squares
To make a 12" block you will need to cut the following fabrics:
White fabric
1- 12 1/2"x12 1/2" square
Blue fabric
4- 3 1/2"x3 1/2" squares
Sewing:
On the wrong side of the 4 blue squares draw a diagonal line from corner to corner.
Sew along the diagonal line.
Trim 1/4" on the outside of the draw line.
Press toward the dark fabric.
